ברוך אתה בבואך ברוך אתה בצאתך
Blessed are you when you arrive, blessed are you when you depart
Rebbe Yehuda ben Simon said: This verse is referring to Moshe. When Moshe arrived (i.e. was born) he brought close someone who was distant, namely Bitya, the daughter of Paroh. When he departed from the world he brought close Reuven as it says, "Reuven should live, and not die."
